Vector 3 will unveil 2 new VectorBox models at the upcoming IBC 2017
For 22nd year in a row Vector 3 is attending IBC in Amsterdam and 2 new products will be unveiled: VectorBox 264 and VectorBox IP.
Vector 3, the manufacturer that launched the channel in box into the broadcast market back in the 90s, will attend IBC 2017 in its usual location in Hall 7 stand 7.C01.The IBC Exhibition that takes places yearly in RAI Amsterdam is an unmissable appointment for all bradcasting and playout industry. The most important exhibition in Europe starts 15th to 19th September 2017 and Vector 3 will be there to show all its playout automation solutions.
This 2017 Vector 3 will show all in stand 7.C01 the new version of the channel-in-a-box, VectorBox, now based in the cloud. It's named VectorBox 264 and it is an evolution of the client-server model where the server is located in the cloud. The other playout solution Vector 3 is going to unveil in IBC 2017 will be a new version of the VectorBox IP, With all the capabilities and flexibility of the Classic VectorBox, but offering a compelling solution for new facilities that are looking to handle all their video over an IP infrastructure.
These new products flag the collaboration of Vector 3 to the all-IP environment, which the broadcast industry is moving towards. Providing options for the compressed and uncompressed environments will give our customers the flexibility of choosing the most appropriate option for their operational needs as we move into this exciting period of transition and change.
